Do not use Kohl's Online!
Kohl's Online is TERRIBLE! I would give a zero if I could. They will not change or correct an online order, even if there is an error and even if it is within the 15 minutes allotted and clearly stated. You can't even go to the store to fix things, as they are unable to communicate with the online option. Will not deal with Kohl's ever again!

Cancled my card without my authorization and a perfect payment history
Simply put, Kohl's charge is handled by Capital One. After a dispute over a non received payment from a phone transaction, which I did make a double payment. The CS agent in another country said thank you and I was good until the next month. After almost 3 years of a perfect payment history, the agent closed account without my authorization. I didnt realize this until I attempted to make a purchase. Be aware people they are unscrupulous.

First opened up a cc account to get the 35% off. The girl at the counter didn't know what she was doing. I gave her the long code to put in, and she said it would take it off anyway, which it didn't. I could tell she was new and struggling a little but very sweet.I noticed it the next day and went up there to tell them I didn't get my 35% off. Rudely a lady in customer service said, how was she suppose to know I took out a card yesterday. She then called the manager and all of a sudden started acting "fake" nice. Then I had bought a Dominos gift card. I'm aware that they are not refundable but it's a different matter when they are selling cards that have a zero balance. We tried to use it and it had zero balance so I waited the 24 hours in case that was the problem and still no balance. I called Dominos, then I took it up to Kohls customer service and again the lady there was rude as soon as I started talking to her. Bleached blonde lady, very loud. She was awful. She said there was nothkng she could do right after i had called up there and explained the situation and them them telling me to come up there. She told me to go and call the number on the back which I had already done several times but I went outside to try again. As I was walking back in, the 3 were all playing with plastic guns and laughing and I heard that lady say, here she is... she was so unprofessional and rude, though I did get my money back, I will NEVER go to the Kohls on Preston hwy in louisville ky ever again. We also had a guy there who we thought was an employee, we are still not sure but I think he was, follow us around EVERYwhere asking personal questions. Being silly asking about kids, age, husband etc. It was very odd. My mom wanted to complain but i let it go. They all make you feel like a crook or something. Not inviting at all. The cashier didnt give me my 35% off because she is new, and buying a gift card that already is closed or zero balance is on the store, not yhe customer. And because someone is in a wheelchair doesn't make them a thief. All I can say is, Customer service at the Kohls in Hillview has some nasty people who need to get away from the public! I think there is one lady, the main one is cool, but the rest need to be fired

HORRIBLE experience!!
HORRIBLE experience on kohls.com. Glitch online, which I reported immediately after my transaction, resulted in me being charged for a $50 physical gift card which was mailed to me. I wanted an e-gift card, which I received and was also charged for. I was assured repeatedly that the physical gift card could be returned at a Kohl’s location, which WAS NOT TRUE. Hours spent online and in-person trying to get resolved with no success. NEVER SHOPPING AT KOHLS again.

I called customer service and talked to Jennifer. I was trying to change my address. I had already tried on the app and it did not work, after she authenticated my information she told me she was going to send me a text message and then she could change my address. She could not get the text message to go through so she told me she could not help me. Jennifer then said well aren’t you going to just change over your address with the mail, like that’s any of her information she needed to help me . I said my account number is on my bill and I need the address changed .I asked to speak to a supervisor. after waiting on hold 20 minutes, she came back on the line and told me there was none available. I told her I would continue to wait because it’s needed to be resolved today. She came back on the line 10 minutes later and told me there was no supervisor available to talk to me, but she was chatting with one. I said I would continue to hold for that supervisor. I told her I was headed to the store to speak to a Physical manager in the store. At this point in time she told me there was nothing else you could do to help me and said I’m going to hang up on you now and she did .Kohls obviously needs to hire some competent help. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and never had this issue before it was incredible

Return desk at the back of the store—bad idea Kohl’s
Kohl’s should be all about customer satisfaction and the customer experience these days with all the competition. Putting the return desk at the front of the store is not asking too much. You removed one bank of cash registers to make more room for merchandise for yourself (to enhance potential sales), not the customer. All other merchandise and grocery stores have the return desk at the front of the store. Also it is a great way of greeting customers as well. The return desk associate said he likes it at the back of the store because that is where he likes to work. I don’t care. I had worked hours on my feet that day and was exhausted and I had to return something at Kohl’s and I walked and walked and walked all the way to the BACK of the store to return something. Thanks for making it very unpleasant Kohl’s. The associate says well, at least you got to look at all the merchandise on the way back here to the return desk. Really? I don’t have time to look, just to return.

Kohl's Changed My Billing from Mail to Email Without My Consent and Ruined My Credit
Kohl's Corporate Office changed my billing from mail, USPS, to email. The email address they used no longer exists, so I never received my billing for $33.00 in purchases. After calling, emailing and leaving messages, Kohl's is ruining my credit for $33.00. They have put a delinquency on the credit bureau's for $33.00. I have stellar credit and now I have to try and rectify this Kohl's mistake myself, since Kohl's stands by their determination. Once I can restore my good credit, I am cancelling my Kohl's credit card and will never shop at their stores again.

I made an online purchase and I always get kohls cash. However this time I didn’t. I called Customer service on 06/23/23 spoke with Josue about this matter. And apparently the order was made was after 10pm. I never knew of the policy. I asked if it was possible to still get kohls cash or reimbursement, something. And he flat out said no. I would have to return everything and repurchase it. This is extremely frustrating and annoying to do. How inconvenient. I am a loyal kohls customer and they are making it this difficult over $30 kohls cash? I couldn’t believe this to the point where I wouldn’t shop at kohls anymore. Totally ridiculous!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Couldn't give 0 Stars.. Hv shopped there for years.. But in the last 6 months, I have Been Locked out of my Account w no reasons given. THEY OUTSOURCED Customer Service to some 3rd World Country.. It take HOURS to get bk into my account. This last time I went to the Store in EASTGATE, OHIO.. Nobody there including the General Manger had a Solution Except to call Customer Servive, Who also could not solve the the issue.. What is the point of Having any Customer service if it's not in the Store.

I love how they offer lots of coupon…
I love how they offer lots of coupon but the line at cashier is kinda long every time also the Amazon return have to be so far in the back making you walk to the back I wish it can be easier at the front. Other than those the price and products r good.

I've been shopping at Kohl's for about 20 years..Never again!!
I've been shopping at Kohl's for about 20 years now, and I cannot tell you the thousands of dollars I've spent there. Most of my wardrobe is from there. Today I went to return two pairs of pants from Amazon and the website told me that I only needed the package, nothing else. I spent over 30 mins in line and when it was finally my turn, the guy told me he needed the QR code, despite having the scan bar code on my packages. There needs to be a sign on your desk if it contradicts the website with what the requirements are on returns. There were literally 15-20 people in this line with me and no one was helping this guy with returns. I think the customer service area needs some serious work, along with their communication skills. I'll never shop there again after today. I hope they improve that department.

I had applied for a credit line
I had applied for a credit line, I got approved told me the card will be on my mail box within two weeks, now 6 months later few visits to the store, 4 calls, couple of chats and nothing. I called one last time and it’s to cancel my account. customer service it’s terrible absolutely terrible

I made a purchase for my grandson in…
I made a purchase for my grandson in May online. The items were to be shipped to Georgia, but they came to me in Washington. I did a return to sender as the items were much too large to get on the escalator in Kohl's. The order was $635. + . I placed a new order and my email popped up with the shipping address was my home address. I cancelled that order and placed a new order by phone. The topper was that I ordered his presents in April 2023 and my grandson's birthday was May 9th. He did not receive his birthday presents until well after his big Day!! I am so frustrated!! I called them and because I did return to sender, I have no receipt for the return. Their system is screwed up and I have been a loyal customer for years!! I have spent thousands! Never again!

Yoy have lost a long time customer kohls
Because i cant put zero stars i put 1. I have loved and stood by kohls for over 10 years and now i go to make a purchase with my kohls charge and 3 times my order gets cancelled. I call customer service they verify my account and that im a user and then proceed to tell me they cant help me with the purchase using my card and acccount. Yup done with kohls for good at this point because that makes zero sense so you have lost a loyal customer now

I only give 1 star because they actually gave me a credit card. I pay my bill on time every month. I shop regularly since I have a family of 4. I leave reviews regarding products I have received. They rejected all the negative ones. I recently ordered a SET OF 2 garden beds for $60 and only received one. I've received broken items (picture frame). Once their delivery service through my package containing a $200 watch under my porch. I found it about a week after I complained about it. Customer service was NOT going to help replace or help in any way. I ended up returning the watch due to it not being up to par. Idk, may have been LEFT IN THE RAIN. I just obtained a credit card from a department store that's not so woke....oh and that... They say that their off brand TEK GEAR is made in the states but after some investigation, it's actually made in China at work camps where children are working. KHOLS, I AM DONE WITH YOUR CRAP.
